Krista L. Russell

I was born and raised in Northern Kentucky.  I attended St. Catharine College where I had the opportunity to play college soccer and received my undergraduate degree in advanced medical imaging. I worked as an MRI technologist for several years before attending Arizona State University. At ASU I received my master’s degree in biomedical diagnostics and began working in the radiology research department at UNM’s School of Medicine.

While in law school at the University of New Mexico School of Law, I was an extern at the New Mexico Department of Health and participated in the 2022 USPTO patent application drafting competition.

In my free time I enjoy playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with my dog.
