Cannabis Law
Our Firm represents individuals, professionals, and businesses in matters involving the ever-developing world of cannabis law. We assist in licensing matters relative to production, manufacturing, transporting, and dispensing cannabis, as well as peripherals such as employment and liability related issues. We also assist businesses, establishments, and employers in understanding, implementing, and transitioning their legal obligations and policies relative to New Mexico’s cannabis laws.
