I am a former New Mexico State Representative to the Defense Research Institute and a past President of the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association. I was a member of the Board of Directors of the NMDLA from 1994 to 2010. I also served as President of the firm from 2002 through 2006. I was selected as a Southwest Super Lawyer in 2015, 2016 and 2021. am rated AV®Preeminent™, the highest possible rating, by Martindale-Hubbell® and frequently lecture on insurance coverage issues. I was recently included in the 30th edition of The Best Lawyers in America®
